One of my favorite things about my work is finding
just the right home for my clients. It's like
solving a crossword puzzle for me and gives me great
joy. To help with this I go to great lengths to stay as
informed as possible about changes going on in the area to
best serve my clients. That includes changes in the
local schools, zoning changes, proposed redevelopment,
etc. all of which can have a big impact on the surrounding
homeowners' property values.
I
also love to get homes ready for market. There is a great
satisfaction in getting the home looking its very best and
putting together a top-notch marketing plan to sell the

budget and got a significantly higher price for the house
than we would have without that work.
I also thoroughly enjoy negotiating for my clients to
get the best possible deal. In the end, for me, it all
comes down to feeling good about helping people
In addition to my real estate experience I was the
co-founder of one of the largest home staging companies in
the United States that has prepared over 4,000 Bay Area
homes for sale during the past ten years. I was
also involved in both commercial and residential finance
so I have a solid understanding of that part of the
process.
Jeff Stricker
For
over 22 years, Jeff has provided his clients with the
highest level of personalized real estate service while
completing over 500 transactions. He entered real estate
after attending the Santa Clara School of Law and
practicing as a licensed attorney for several years. With
expertise in legal and contractual issues, negotiations,
and home valuation, he is recognized by his clients and
colleagues as one of the leading real estate professionals
in the Bay Area. He is also licensed as a real estate
broker, a designation only 15% of all real estate agents
achieve.
Jeff
has received many sales awards during his career as a
full-time, active Realtor®. The Silicon Valley
Association of Realtors recently honored him with their
Lifetime Achievement Award. He is listed in San Jose
Magazine as being in the top 5% of agents in Santa
Clara County based on listings and sales production.
Lastly, he has been named a member of the Alain Pinel
Realtors President’s Round Table which is comprised of the
top 5% of all Alain Pinel Realtors agents based on sales
production.
Although being a successful agent is important, Jeff’s
primary concern is to consistently provide his clients
with the highest quality real estate service available,
thereby insuring their total satisfaction and an extremely
positive experience. To that end, Jeff decided to form the
award winning “Stricker/TenBroeck Real Estate Team” over
20 years ago with Steve TenBroeck, Broker and Seniors Real
Estate Specialist. Jeff and Steve agreed early on to
personally handle all the important details in every home
purchase or sale. They strongly believe that their clients
deserve personal attention and should not have important
aspects of their transaction delegated to a staff of
assistants. As two full-time Realtors, working as a real
estate team, Jeff and Steve have twice the resources to
carry out their hands-on approach.
Family,
faith, and community are very important to Jeff. He and
Sharon, his wife of 25 years, have raised two wonderful
children in their Los Altos home. They are members of
Immanuel Lutheran Church of Los Altos. He is a
contributing Founder of the Los Altos Community Foundation
and a member of the Los Altos and Mountain View Education
